Bloodlines
| Like the Chargers and Raiders, the respective fan bases often share common bloodlines. This is a unique rivalry with fan loyalties that divide family ties - placing husband vs. wife, brother vs. brother, etc., on gameday. Certainly, the Raiders' 12-year stay in Los Angeles did not improve family relations in the San Diego-Los Angeles Southern California area. Admittedly, Bolt Pride is not immune to this dysfunctional family condition. Yes, our dark secret is that we too have extended family who are Raider fans. We are united by family, but divided by team loyalties. It isn't our fault that they follow the wrong team! |
